How to Use
Place the lower section beneath your chin, guide the side openings around your ears and position the upper strap over your head. The fit should feel supportive but not tight or restrictive.
This chin strap is a comfort accessory and is not a treatment for snoring or sleep apnoea on its own. Do not use if it restricts breathing, causes discomfort or cannot be removed easily. Speak with your sleep-health provider if you are unsure whether it is suitable for your therapy.
Package includes one blue chin strap only. CPAP mask and equipment are not included.
